Ag Training Pty Ltd is an approved RTO (National Provider Number 31304) registered for Training & Assessment in Queensland for the following Accredited Course: 30496QLD - Course in Operating Loadshifting Equipment (certain competencies only)

ISSUANCE OF LICENCE – (this process may vary if the training participants wishes to lodge their own forms with WH&SQ)

(a) A copy of the Assessment Summary will be issued promptly after the conclusion of either/both the practical and theory test. 
(b) The Statement of Attainment will be issued within 14 days of a successful outcome of competency and a copy given to the participant  
(c) A copy of the Assessment Summary, Statement of Attainment  and Licence Application Form (G form) will be lodged with WHSQ, by the RTO within 14 days of the issue of the  Statement of Attainment together with the appropriate Licence application fee (collected from student)
(d) WHSQ will then assess the application and issue a licence within 38 days of receiving the application
(e) The copy of the assessment summary acts as the interim licence for a maximum of 119 days
