Workplace Health and Safety Queensland is currently investigating a fatal incident that occurred on 26 April 2014, near Winton in Central Queensland.

A man died while riding a quad bike to muster cattle. The quad bike was found lying on its side and the rider had not been wearing a helmet at the time of the incident.
